How to Use Jes Extender Original?
Begin by ensuring there is sufficient space (at least 1 mm) on both sides of the adjustable screw at the base of the extender and facing the hexagonal piston. This allows the adjustable screw to expand in both directions when you add more tension.
Next, you need to find your “Personal Length”. Insert the base of the extender (without the Dual Support piece) over your penis. Slightly massage your penis (only a very small erection) and obtain your max stretch length. Add sufficient rods so that the length of the device is somewhat longer than the tip of your penis.
Proceed by adding the Dual Support piece to the rods which you previously set up. Push firmly on both sides, and you should hear a click when it snaps into place. You are now ready to wear the device.
