DISCREET PACKAGING
Due to the nature of the product, all orders are wrapped in plain packaging. We won’t mention the contents on the exterior; only our generic company name, “Bondimedical,” will appear on the packaging. To ensure discretion, we use only Australia Post Express satchels.
ORDER PROCESSING & RATES
Bondimedical prefers Australia Express Post for domestic orders. This is a priority delivery service with next-business-day delivery within the Express Post Network. All of our shipments are covered with a signature upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, a card detailing where you can collect your item from Australia Post will be left. Your shipment and package are also covered by insurance, so your item will be replaced in the unlikely event of loss, damage or theft.
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Its status in your account will change to “Complete,” and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Australia Post will collect your shipment from our warehouse. You may follow your delivery using your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We use DHL for overseas shipments who complete international deliveries in as little as 3 to 4 business days. We ensure our packages are protected against loss, damage, or theft.
International shipments require customs paperwork to be completed. It is compulsory to describe the goods inside; however, we use discreet terms such as “Exercise Kit”.
Online tracking will be provided, and DHL will give an estimated delivery date. We secure our packages with a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on where to collect your item.
